Hand-thrown in Richmond, California during the height of the 1970s studio pottery movement, this vessel carries the signature "Earth Stripe" reactive agate glaze developed by father-and-son duo Ross & Glenn Spangler. Running your fingers over the smooth hourglass contour, you can feel the natural warmth of the heavy stoneware beneath multi-layered bands of amber, chocolate, and cream. It feels grounded, organic, and rooted in mid-century West Coast craft history.
